Kiawani Evens has been convicted of murder and robbery after a day of careful consideration and strong evidence. On June 4th, 2023, Dubuque Police were called to a backyard in the 1900 block of Central Avenue where Twiani Jackson had been shot. Evans was identified as the shooter based on video evidence and eyewitness testimonies.
