Inspector Comments:
--Observation: An employee did not allow the pan to remain submerged in the quaternary ammonium (Quat) sanitizer for the required minimum contact time of 30 seconds. Corrected on site by reviewing proper sanitization procedures with the Person in Charge. The pan was then returned to the sanitizer and submerged for the required 30-second contact time.
