Corrected on site by person in charge disposing of creamer and half and half and putting dispenser out of service. --Observation: Prep cooler was showing temperature on outside thermometer of 45*F. Prepared eggs 45*F, Breakfast sausage 45*F, sliced cheese 47*F and BBQ pork 44*F. Corrected on site by person in charge disposing of all food out of temperature and putting cold holding unit out of service.
