A 49-year-old Dubuque woman was taken into custody early Tuesday morning following a warrant service conducted by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office. Blanca Moran was arrested at approximately 4:40 a.m. in the 700 block of Iowa Street. Moran faces charges related to a failure to appear in court on a simple misdemeanor offense.
