Two Arrested in Altercation on Elm Street, Dubuque Police Report
DUBUQUE, IA – In the early hours of May 23, 2025, at approximately 12:16 AM, Dubuque Police took Kalin Lee Erickson, 41, and Ronald L. Arthofer, 70, into custody after a disturbance at 2711 Elm St. Erickson has been charged with disorderly conduct-fighting, while Arthofer faces charges of disorderly conduct-fighting and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Authorities reported that the incident transpired between 11:45 PM on May 22 and 12:54 AM on May 23 in the 2700 block of Elm St. Interestingly, Arthofer was also identified as a victim in the incident. Officer A.N. Klawitter handled the scene, and the case has been recorded under report number AR 2025003549.
