
DUBUQUE, IA – On May 18, 2025, at approximately 3:32 AM, local authorities apprehended 18-year-old Payton Jillian Lenhart at 600 Kane Street, Dubuque. Lenhart is facing a total of seven charges, which include: Interference with Official Acts Causing Bodily Injury (Misdemeanor), Harassment 2nd Degree (Misdemeanor), Burglary 1st Degree (Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense (Misdemeanor), Public Intoxication (Misdemeanor), Minor Using/Possessing Tobacco/Vapor Product – 1st Offense (Misdemeanor), and Unlawful Use of License (Misdemeanor).
The arrest stems from a reported incident involving alleged interference with police officers, harassment, and a significant burglary charge, along with charges related to drug and alcohol use.
