Trio Arrested in Dubuque on November 14th: DWI, Criminal Trespass, and Owi Offenses

On November 14th, law enforcement made three arrests in Dubuque for various offenses. The first arrest was Damein Lamar Howard, a 49-year-old male, who was charged with Driving While Barred (M) at 3:02 PM near the intersection of Dodge and Locust Streets.

Around 6:09 PM, Alice Lynn Ersepke, a 78-year-old female, was arrested for Criminal Trespass (M) at 400 S Locust Street. Her arrest marked one of three incidents that evening where individuals were taken into custody for various offenses.

The third arrest occurred at 8:35 PM near the intersection of 2 E 14th Street and Central Avenue. Christina Carol Kintzle, a 39-year-old female, was charged with Owi 1st Offense (M).

Analysis: The arrests highlight a pattern of evening incidents, with all three occurring between 3:02 PM and 8:35 PM. Two of the three offenders were women, while one was a male. No severe or unusual incidents were reported.
