**Dubuque, IA – July 22, 2025 – Authorities detained two individuals early this morning at 200 Olympic Heights in Dubuque for breaching no-contact/protective orders, as reported by the Dubuque Police Department.**

**Mark Alan Woller, a 46-year-old white male, was apprehended at 12:37 AM on several charges of contempt for violating a no-contact/protective order. Woller is facing two felony charges and one misdemeanor charge for failing to adhere to the terms of the protective order. He is currently held at the Dubuque County Jail with a cash bond set at $25,000, awaiting a court hearing. The arrest was made by Officer A.D.
