DUBUQUE, Iowa – On July 14, 2025, authorities apprehended a 42-year-old individual named James William Friedman at his residence located at 2945 Van Buren St, Dubuque.
Friedman is currently facing several criminal charges, including domestic abuse assault causing injury, child endangerment, and a violation of a no-contact order.
