**Bailey Foht Pleads Not Guilty to All Charges**

Bailey Scott Foht, 26, has entered a written plea of not guilty to all charges. A jury trial is scheduled for September 16, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.

On June 13, 2025, a criminal case titled *State of Iowa vs. Foht, Bailey Scott* (Case: 01311 FECR160075) was officially filed in Dubuque County, as documented in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). These charges stem from a tragic hit-and-run incident that occurred on June 12, 2025, at 6:38 p.m. Dubuque Police were dispatched to the scene of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision at the intersection of Loras Boulevard and Locust Street.

Kalissa Reeder, 38, of Dubuque, was struck by a vehicle driven by Foht while she was crossing Locust Street against a red light. Following the collision, Foht fled the scene. Reeder was subsequently transported to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
