This arrest was prompted by an incident that resulted in multiple charges against Smith, namely: 1) Assault-general (Misdemeanor), 2) Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior (Misdemeanor), 3) Burglary 2nd Degree – Burglary/breaking And Entering (Felony), 4) Criminal Mischief 5th Degree (Misdemeanor), and 5) Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (Misdemeanor).**
