Dubuque, IA – Local law enforcement reports that Tiffany Joy Spark, a 38-year-old resident, was taken into custody on June 29, 2025, at around 7:45 PM, pursuant to a warrant issued by Dubuque County. Spark is being charged in connection to a burglary that took place at 148 Kaufmann Ave, Dubuque.
The charges against Spark include:
- 2 Counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree – Burglary/Breaking and Entering, classified as a felony
