Murrell Ladell Griffin Sentenced for Charges of Evasion and Reckless Driving

**DUBUQUE, IA — On May 14, 2025, 54-year-old Murrell Ladell Griffin was sentenced by Judge Robert J. Richter in Dubuque County, under case number 01311 AGCR158978. Griffin entered a guilty plea to charges of Driving While Barred (Aggravated Misdemeanor) and Eluding (Serious Misdemeanor), stemming from an incident that occurred on March 20, 2025.**

**As a result of the conviction for Driving While Barred, Griffin was handed a two-year prison sentence along with an $855 fine.
