DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – Beginning Monday, June 16, 2025, at 7:30 AM, there will be a closure on Higginsport Rd. for the purpose of a culvert replacement project. This closure will impact a 2,812-foot stretch between Bernard Rd. and Stoffel Rd., located roughly 100 feet east of the property at 17225 Higginsport Rd.
County crews are set to replace a crossroad pipe culvert, and it is anticipated that the road will remain fully closed for approximately one day, depending on weather conditions. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternative routes during this period.
