DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – On June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the culvert replacement project along New Melleray Road, which stretches 2.15 miles between N Cascade Road and Monastery Road, has been successfully completed. The thoroughfare is now fully accessible to vehicles.
The construction commenced on June 9, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., leading to temporary road closures to accommodate the culvert installation. This project, overseen by Dubuque County, was designed to improve drainage and enhance safety on the roadways.
