**DUBUQUE, Iowa –**
On June 5, 2025, at approximately 4:47 PM, the Dubuque Police Department was dispatched to the parking ramp located at 100 W. 4th St due to a report regarding a suspicious vehicle. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a deceased male inside the vehicle. The body was subsequently removed and sent to the Iowa Office of the State Medical Examiner for an autopsy. Preliminary investigations indicate that the vehicle had been parked there for an extended period, and authorities believe there is no immediate threat to the surrounding area. The investigation is ongoing, led by the Dubuque Police Criminal Investigation Division.
