• Severe Weather Outlook: There is a Slight Risk (Level 2 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Showers and storms are anticipated, with possibilities of damaging winds and heavy rainfall (more than 2 inches possible south of Dubuque). The storm activity may intensify post 2 PM and is expected to decrease after 8 PM.
