A total of six individuals were arrested over the weekend in Dubuque, Iowa. The arrests took place between November 15th and 16th, with a majority occurring late at night or early in the morning.
Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication Charges Abound
* Kyler Shane Furstenberg (21) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior (M) and Public Intoxication (M) at 198 E 15th St/Jackson St on November 15th at 9:05 PM.
* Katherine Elizabeth Burcham (42) was also arrested for Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior (M) at the same location, just four minutes later.
* Maizie Hannah Sebasta (29) and Spencer David Zinn (22) were both charged with Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior (M) and Public Intoxication (M). Sebasta’s arrest occurred at 299 W 4th St/Locust St on November 16th at 2:33 AM, while Zinn was arrested at 390 Locust St on the same night at 2:21 AM.
* Nicholas William Smith (29) faced similar charges at 299 W 3rd St/Locust St on November 16th at 2:45 AM.
Owi Charge and Probation Violation
* Kialah Shanay Hill (20) was arrested for Owi 1st Offense (M) at University Ave/N Algona St on November 16th at 1:31 AM.
* Jolene Emily Friedmann (49) faced a more serious charge, being arrested for Failure to Appear-non Felony Arr(serious) (M) twice on November 16th, with the first occurrence happening at 2 E 13th St/Central Ave at 1:55 AM.

Under Iowa law, individuals charged with Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior can face up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine of $625.
