Dubuque Woman Taken Into Custody for Public Urination and Felony Escape Offenses

Dubuque, IA – July 14, 2025 – Authorities have reported the arrest of a local woman on charges related to public urination and felony escape from custody.
Alicia Marie Cook, 47, was apprehended around 7:19 AM at the address of 100 W 4th St in Dubuque.

Cook is facing a single misdemeanor charge of Public Urination or Defecation as well as a felony charge for Escape From Custody, previously convicted of a felony.
