Dubuque, IA – July 14, 2025 – Authorities have reported the arrest of a local woman on charges related to public urination and felony escape from custody.
Alicia Marie Cook, 47, was apprehended around 7:19 AM at the address of 100 W 4th St in Dubuque.
Cook is facing a single misdemeanor charge of Public Urination or Defecation as well as a felony charge for Escape From Custody, previously convicted of a felony.
Details regarding the incident and the prior felony conviction that resulted in the escape charge are currently unavailable, as the investigation remains ongoing and has not been disclosed by the authorities.
