Completion of the New Melleray Road Culvert Project in Dubuque County

DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA โ€“ On June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the culvert replacement initiative on New Melleray Road, which extends 2.15 miles between N Cascade Road and Monastery Road, was successfully completed.
