A Flood Watch has been issued for several areas in Iowa and Illinois as storm systems bring excessive rainfall.

**Illinois**: Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Carroll, Whiteside, Rock Island, Henry, Bureau, Putnam, Mercer
**Key Locations**: Maquoketa, Wapello, Clinton, Freeport, Davenport, Aledo, Galena, Muscatine, Dubuque, Geneseo, Tipton, Sterling, Sigourney, Hennepin, Mount Carroll, Manchester, Anamosa, Princeton, Bettendorf, Washington, Moline, Vinton, Independence, Iowa City, Marengo, Cedar Rapids, and Rock Island.
