**Weather Advisory Update: Severe Thunderstorm Alert**

**Situation Overview:**
Doppler radar has detected a line of slow-moving severe thunderstorms producing heavy rain, stretching from near Maynard to Rock Creek Lake, moving northeast at a speed of 30 mph.

**Hazards:**
– **Minor Flooding:** Conditions are conducive to localized flooding.
– **Wind Gusts:** Sustained winds exceeding 40 mph are anticipated.

**Impacts:**
– Gusty winds may result in minor damage to tree limbs and displacement of unsecured objects.
– Traffic may face delays due to water pooling and flowing across roadways.
– Access to waterfront areas may be restricted due to flooding.

– Asbury
– Dyersville
– Robins

– Center Point

– Walford

**Note:** This warning also affects Interstate 380 between mile markers 16 and 55. Individuals outdoors are advised to seek shelter indoors as heavy rainfall can lead to rapid local flooding. **Do not attempt to drive through flooded roads.** Should the heavy rainfall persist, a flash flood warning may be issued.
