DUBUQUE, IA – Early this morning, the Dubuque Police Department acted swiftly, leading to the apprehension of two suspects facing charges of disorderly conduct and driving under the influence. These incidents unfolded on June 30, 2025, at the intersection of John F. Kennedy Road and Pennsylvania Avenue.

At around 3:13 a.m., Patrick Devon Henry, aged 24, was arrested by Officer J. Kimball on charges of disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior, classified as a misdemeanor. His arrest occurred at 1698 John F. Kennedy Road, documented under report number AR 2025004583. A mere two minutes later, at 3:15 a.m., 39-year-old Keith David Walker was detained by Officer K.
