**DUBUQUE, Iowa — On June 19, 2025, at approximately 8:18 a.m., local law enforcement arrested 24-year-old Tyshon Dequan Terry at 2123 Central Ave., Dubuque. Terry faces several charges including first-degree harassment, first-degree burglary, fifth-degree theft from a building, and public intoxication. All charges are classified as misdemeanors, with the exception of the felony burglary charge.**
