DUBUQUE, IA – On June 15, 2025, three individuals were apprehended in the downtown area of Dubuque for various incidents related to disorderly conduct.
Jamari Xavier Smith, age 22, was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting and violent behavior at 199 W 2nd St/Main St at 1:50 AM. The arrest was made by Officer C.A. Crabill.
Roger Stanford Cole, age 42, was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting and violent behavior, as well as public intoxication at 200 Main St at 12:56 AM. Officer A.D. Manders carried out the arrest.
Isaiah Daniel Bogovich, age 23, was taken into custody at 199 W 2nd St/Main St at 12:57 AM for disorderly conduct involving fighting and violent behavior, along with interference with official acts without injury or damage. Officer J. Vauthier was responsible for the arrest.
Authorities are currently withholding additional information at this time.
