DUBUQUE, IA – On June 15, 2025, law enforcement apprehended three individuals in downtown Dubuque following incidents involving disorderly conduct.
Jamari Xavier Smith, aged 22, was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting and violent behavior at 199 W 2nd St/Main St at 1:50 AM. The arrest was made by Officer C.A. Crabill.
Roger Stanford Cole, 42, was charged with both disorderly conduct for fighting and violent behavior, as well as public intoxication at 200 Main St at 12:56 AM. Officer A.D. Manders was responsible for the arrest.
Isaiah Daniel Bogovich, 23, was taken into custody at 199 W 2nd St/Main St at 12:57 AM on charges of disorderly conduct involving fighting/violent behavior and interference with official acts without injury or damages. This arrest was conducted by Officer J. Vauthier.
