DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – The culvert replacement project on New Melleray Road, which stretches 2.15 miles between N Cascade Road and Monastery Road, was successfully completed on June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The roadway is now fully accessible to traffic.
Construction commenced on June 9, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., necessitating temporary road closures to accommodate the culvert installation. The project, overseen by Dubuque County, was designed to improve drainage and enhance road safety.
