DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – Beginning on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., Bennettville Road will be closed from Higginsport Road to Hartman Road for a bridge replacement initiative. This 0.85-mile stretch will be closed for an estimated period of 15 to 18 weeks, contingent on weather conditions.
The project entails the removal and replacement of the current bridge to improve safety and infrastructure. Access to the road will be completely restricted at the bridge site throughout the duration of the construction.
