DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 29-year-old man from Dubuque, Quasean Terrill Davis, was taken into custody early Sunday morning on June 8, 2025, facing a charge of attempted first-degree burglary, classified as a felony. This incident occurred at 103 E 25th St, based on reports from local law enforcement.
