Jhonger Suarez, aged 22, was taken into custody at 1:10 PM by Officer L.P. Trojanowski. He is charged with: 1) Theft 1st Degree – All Other Larceny (Felony), 2) Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree involving $1,500-$10,000 (Felony), and 3) Ongoing Criminal Conduct – Unlawful Activity (Felony). At 1:28 PM, Ysmael Martinez-Jimenez, 38, was arrested at the same location by Officer D. Hafer.
