Dyersville Resident Admits Guilt in Child Sexual Abuse Incident

DUBUQUE, IA — On May 7, 2025, Ramon A. Rojas Gracia, 56, residing in Dyersville, pleaded guilty in the matter of State of Iowa vs. Rojas Gracia (Case: 01311 FECR158129) within Dubuque County. He was originally charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class B Felony) and Lascivious Conduct with a Minor (Serious Misdemeanor) for incidents occurring on January 1, 2024. Rojas Gracia accepted a negotiated plea, admitting guilt to the misdemeanor charge.
