Fennimore Collision Involving Two Vehicles Results in Injuries for Two, Teen Receives Citation

FENNIMORE, WIS. — On May 17, 2025, at 10:54 p.m., a collision involving two vehicles took place at the intersection of USH 61 and County T in the Town of Fennimore, located in Grant County. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, 17-year-old Tucker Henkel from Darlington, WI, came to a stop at County T, made a left turn onto USH 61, and subsequently collided with a northbound vehicle operated by 28-year-old Arlington Herrera Talavera, a resident of Fennimore, WI.

Both Henkel and a passenger from Herrera Talavera’s vehicle sustained injuries and were transported to Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. Significant damage occurred to both vehicles, which were towed by Terry’s Tire and Auto Service of Boscobel.

Assistance at the scene was provided by the Fennimore Police Department, Fennimore Fire and EMS, and Boscobel EMS. After the investigation, Henkel received a citation; additional specifics were not provided.
